Chiropractic Health of Matthews (TMG client from 2019 – current)

Challenge

Chiropractic Health of Matthews was struggling to gain new clients and had little brand awareness in the local market. When TMG was hired in November of 2019, the firm was seeing an average of 24 new patients per month.

Result

To increase the number of new patients per month, TMG developed a strategy focused on three main areas:

  • Building relationships with referral partners,
  • Creating a successful patient-to-patient referral program, and
  • Increasing brand awareness within the community through special events.

Despite the unprecedented challenges brought by COVID19, Chiropractic Health of Matthews was not only able to continue their operations, but actually have grown to a point of expansion with their upcoming second location launching in February of 2022. Chiropractic Health of Matthews is currently seeing an average of 47 new patients a month – a 95% growth in new patients within two (2) years.
