Threaded Marketing Group, an award-winning agency, acts as an in-house marketing team for clients across the country. We offer marketing and communications consulting services to small and large businesses. We are seeking a creative go-getter who is organized, detail-oriented and highly collaborative to join our Architecture/Engineering/Contractor team as a Senior Marketing Proposal Lead.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be an integral, strategic and creative member of a company which embraces writing and design talents. Working with several different clients across multiple industries, this role will primarily help lead key proposal development efforts for multiple clients across multiple market sectors. Your ability to multi-task and stay highly organized, while maintaining attention to detail, is essential.
Your experience will provide value primarily through creating and executing RFPs and collateral to help other businesses grow. Daily job responsibilities may include research, writing, layout, basic graphic design and process management. You will work hand-in-hand with our graphics team to develop infographics, presentations, brochures, and other collateral. Your writing talents will also help us to create content for internal and external communications, brochures, proposals, websites, social media, case studies, and a variety of materials that lead to winning more work for our clients. Your strategy and coordination skills will help us plan and execute deliverables flawlessly.
You’ll collaborate with a top-notch marketing team on special projects such as award submissions, print and electronic brochures, company and jobsite events, social media, company blog and website, project case studies, photography and tradeshows…just to name a few creative outlets. You’ll also work on projects with team members who have different ideas, experiences and skill sets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing efforts simultaneously, with constant attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Ability to write clearly and concisely in a variety of communication settings and styles
- Coordinating with others to compile and track materials for proposals per client deadlines
- Proofreading, editing, and standardizing proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, and style
- Maintain resources and information systems: ordering materials, updating project information, resumes and image libraries
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and dive to help, when needed, to support the team
- Bonus: Strong graphic communication and design skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications - OR five years marketing industry experience
- 3+ years of proposal experience in the AEC industry
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
